The problem with making assumptions
is that we believe they are truth.
We make an assumption, we take it personally.
Then we react by sending emotional POISON
with our words. This creates a whole big drama for NOTHING.

This was at a friends house, on a big poster she made, I found it quite truthful, so now I carry these words around with me in my wallet.
